I ALSO LOVE TO USE STONES FROM PERSONAL HEIRLOOMS, AND TO CREATE ONE OF A KIND PIECES BREATHING NEW LIFE INTO THE STONE’S PLACEHOLDER IN THE FAMILY. ALL PACKAGING USED IS RECYCLABLE, WITH ALL DISPLAYS IN SHOP BEING FORMED BY HAND IN HOUSE WITH NATURAL MATERIALS OR VINTAGE. Some ready made hand made jewElry Is eligible for store credit exchange. Shipping must be paid by customer. It is required that you insure all shipments and package the piece securely. Issa Mars is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit.

R E P A I R S

Repairs can be done on the house IF DAMAGE IS DUE TO INITIAL FORMATION PROBLEM OR part is lost WHEN RECEIVING Item but not due to wear and tear, i will assess which is the case. Customer is to pay shipping. Repairs may take 4-8 weeks. if damage is due to wear and tear then customer will be charged AT MY HOURLY STUDIO RATE, THIS INCLUDES RESIZING. please keep in mind that jewelry has a higher longevity if you do not bathe, swim, sleep or exercise in it, and you wear it with loving care.
